Lachlan and Findlay McLaren have been running The Pavilion since April 1999. We have always tried to use locally sourced and produced ingredients whenever possible. All our food is cooked to order and this may cause delays at busy times but we believe our customers want food that is wholesome and freshly prepared.
Amongst our local suppliers are G & J Wilson, fish Merchants, St Monans; Barnetts Artisan Bakery, Cellardyke; Jannettas Gelateria, St Andrews; Henderson The Butcher, Glenrothes; Ardross Farm Shop, Elie; St Andrews Brewing Company. Our fruits and vegetables are delivered daily fresh from the market by Mark Murphy and Partner, Newbridge. in the season we source soft fruits locally.
The Pavilion is a family run and family friendly business. We are open all year round with hours that vary by the season. In the summer we are open in the evenings serving and evening menu. Please see our notice boards for upcoming events; we also offer an external catering service for house parties or events in local halls.
